Six kinds of power tools

(1) Electric drill: the main specifications are 4, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 19, 23, 32, 38, 49mm, etc., the number refers to the maximum diameter of the drill bit drilled on the steel with tensile strength of 390N/mm. For non-ferrous metals, plastics and other materials, the maximum drilling diameter is 30 ~ 50% larger than the original specification.

(2) Electric plane: used for planing wood or wood structure parts, mounted on the platform can also be used as a small table plane. The knife shaft of the electric plane is driven by the motor shaft through the belt.

③ Electric wrench and screwdriver: used for loading and unloading threaded connectors. The transmission mechanism of electric wrench is composed of planetary gear and ball spiral groove impact mechanism. Specifications are M8, M12, M16, M20, M24, M30 and so on. Electric screwdriver adopts toothed clutch transmission mechanism or gear transmission mechanism, specifications are M1, M2, M3, M4, M6, etc.

(4) hammer and impact drill: used for concrete, brick wall and building components on the hole, slot, wool. Combined with expansion bolt, can improve the installation speed and quality of various pipelines, machine tools and equipment.

⑤ Electric grinder: grinding wheel or disc for grinding tools. There are direct electric grinder and electric Angle grinder.

Concrete vibrator: used for pouring concrete foundation and reinforced concrete members when ramming concrete, in order to eliminate pores, improve strength. Among them, the high frequency disturbance power of the electric direct-connected vibrator is formed by the eccentric block driven by the motor, and the motor is powered by the 150Hz or 200Hz intermediate frequency power supply.
